A building of excellent visibility and fine architecture
The „A” category office building consists of four linked office blocks, all with separate reception areas and underground car parking. The relationship to the environment is sensitively handled with new hard and soft landscaping areas to the east and south. On the upper floors, scenic view of Buda maximizes the feeling of openness.
Access to BSR Center at ground level is via one of four stylish reception foyers. Due to the double height, they all benefit from excellent natural light and provide a real sense of arrival.
The building uses a palette of high quality, contemporary materials. The finishing of the front elevation is of brick curtain walling, while the rear elevation enjoys a crisp rendered finish. The foyer floors are finished in granite tile, which are also reflected on the walls. The reception wall is finished in marble.
